StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Full Time Multimedia Specialist/Program Analyst to support a Major NAVAIR Weapons Program. The Program Analyst is responsible for performing program management, technical, or business analysis. Participating as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings. Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs. Track program/project status and schedules. Apply policies and procedures for financial planning. In addition, the Program Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following responsibilities/requirements:

  • Design, produce and finish interactive (versus static) presentation products; may also use interactive authoring, illustration, image editing, graphic design, scanning, digital video and/or animation software to integrate graphics with text and audio.
  • Master CD ROMS/DVDs, import/export/archive data, electronically publish, enhance images and operate scanners IAW NAVAIR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate final products and disseminate finished products as required; production and dissemination is required in different forms -- all work shall be tracked and completed within established timelines.
  • Attend periodic production support meetings and stay current with ongoing production support initiatives.
  • Ensure quality of finished program products in accordance with client policies and standards.
  • Archive and disseminate products following established guidelines.
  • Ensure documents are appropriately classified.
  • Resolve work-related technical problems.
  • Participate in meetings with government customers, team members, contractors, etc.… to exchange information, partake in all media related decision-making sessions, and/or provide updates.
  • Support the office and other branches in accomplishing the overall mission, including the expediting of crisis work, special assignments and adhoc tasking on varies scheduled arrangements.
  • Organize personal work schedule to facilitate task completion while maximizing use of time.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of basic visualization guidance for analysts.
  • Assist in the development of content, materials and delivery methods to further analytic tradecraft and technical expertise.
Experience Requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of four (4) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline; and included in the eight (4) years, there must be three (3) years professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development.
  • Demonstrated self-starter who takes the initiative and will bring forward new ideas and concepts, even if they may be against the status quo.
  • A demonstrated knowledge and expertise in development of rich interactive multimedia products and electronic publishing tradecraft.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated effective writing and editing skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and relationship skills.
  • Experience with commercial electronic publishing applications – Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Flash, Adobe Flex, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat; structured authoring software.
  • Expertise with Macromedia Flash and Macromedia Director.
  • A demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Products.
  • Expertise with video and audio editing software such as Adobe Premiere and Macromedia Flash Video Encoder.
  • Expertise in system applications, database designs, database programming and networking skills.
  • Ability to incorporate audio, video, graphics and textual data to create highly advanced presentations.
  •  Experience with the DoD acquisition process and an understanding of basic acquisition terminology and familiarity with NAVINST 5000.21B
Educational Requirements:
  • BA/BS Degree in a business, management or relevant technical discipline.
  • Allowable Substitution: an AA/AS degree and an additional 4 years’ experience or no degree and an additional 8 years’ experience.
Security Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship required.  
  • Minimum Secret clearance required OR must be eligible to apply and be granted interim DoD interim clearance prior to employment.
