StraCon Services Group is now conducting interviews for the contingent hire of a Contract Program Manager that will provide leadership, direction, and management support for Protocol and Event Management to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). This contract will provide a knowledgeable, well trained, and cohesive administrative services workforce that leverages agency capabilities to consistently provide customized, high performing, and efficiency-oriented protocol support services to MDA organizations. The candidate must possess extensive managerial, human resources, technical, and business knowledge, and experience relating to DoD and major systems or programs, and the proven ability to lead and provide direct input in solving complex issues involving staff and resources of sizable magnitude. This position will require the candidate to think strategically to address issues and implement Protocol plans related to MDA events. This position will be responsible for overall contract performance.

Educational Requirements:
  • MA/MS in related field
  • Allowable Substitutions: BA/BS in related field and 15 years of experience relating to DoD and major systems or programs.
Experience Requirements:
  • 10 years of relevant experience relating to DoD and major systems or programs.
Preferred Experience:
  • Knowledge of Protocol and Events Management within the DoD; Experience working with MDA.

Security Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Top Secret Clearance required.
