StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Full Time Operations Program Analyst. The Operations Program Analyst is responsible for providing program management or business analysis support for a Major Weapons Program Office at NAVAIR. Participating as a member of the Program Office Operations team supporting the Integrated Product Team (IPT) Deputy Program Manager and other IPT directed business. Ensures effective day to day business operations. Evaluates and processes requests for data from external sources. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to division operations and product programs. Tracks division/program/project status, schedules and data calls. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Track program/project status and schedules. In addition, the Operations Program Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following requirements:
 
  • In-Service Operations Analyst will provide vital support to the multiple weapon In-Service team
  • Will perform complex and confidential administrative functions in an extremely fast paced environment
  • Interface on a daily basis with Program Office Operations Team
  • Prepares PowerPoint presentations, agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions for corporate and/or customer meetings
  • Work with and within an IPT environment to provide Operations support
  • Quality and consistency control checkpoint for all program office briefs provided outside of the PMA including Congress, Office of Secretary of Defense, Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research and Development, Pentagon and Industry partners
  • Assist with routing documents through the approval process for classified and non-classified technical data release requests and public release requests for PMA-201 Program Office
  • Assist with check-in process for new team members of the In-Service Team including SharePoint access, printer set-up, NMCI accounts setup, seating arrangements, and distribution lists
  • Requires polished demeanor and sense of decorum since position requires interfacing with prominent industry representatives
  • Flexibility is required; weekend work is possible
  • Perform other job-related tasks as identified
 
Minimum Experience:
  • Experience within NAVAIR, preferably HQ or program office (not required)
  • 2 years of experience or proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management
  • Ability to work well independently or in a team setting
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Excellent organization and multi-tasking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skills
 
Educational Requirements:
  • BA/BS Degree in a business, management or relevant technical discipline.
  • Allowable Substitution: an AA/AS degree and an additional 4 years’ experience or no degree and an additional 8 years’ experience.
 
Security Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Minimum Secret clearance required OR must be eligible to apply and be granted interim DoD interim clearance prior to employment.
