StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Full Time Program Analyst to support a Major NAVAIR Weapons Program. The Program Analyst will be responsible for performing various configuration and data management duties in support of select Integrated Product Teams (IPT’s). Duties include, collecting, organizing, reviewing and interpreting technical data relating to aircraft weapon system acquisition and products. Tracking the status of open and historical configuration change actions. Preparing and supporting data elements for Engineering Change Proposals (ECP’s), Requests for Variances (RFV’s), Specification Change Notices (SCN’s), Rapid Action Minor Engineering Changes (RAMEC’s) and Technical Directives (TD’s) to include Interim Technical Directives (ITD’s). Manage the routing of IPT configuration change efforts (ECP’s, RFV’s, SCN’s, TD’s and RAMEC’s) using NAVAIR’s ePower workflow tool. Record Notes/Meeting Minutes from ECP/RFV/SCN/RAMEC/ITD kick-off meetings and Change Control Boards (CCB’s). Assist with tracking and cataloging and distributing information to support IPT Data Requirements Review Boards (DRRB’s) Carrying out other specific or collateral tasks and functions identified or assigned as CM related for the IPT.

Experience Requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of four (4) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline; and included in the four (4) years, there must be three (3) years professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development.
  • Demonstrated experience in the tracking and reporting of program/project status’.
  • Demonstrated experience in researching, compiling, and analyzing program technical data.
  • Experience with NAVAIR Configuration Management Policy and Process, with an understanding and familiarity with NAVINST 4130.1E.
  • Experience with development of NAVAIR 4130 CCB Directive Forms
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Database management experience.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills
Desired Experience:
  • Familiarity with NAVAIR’s ePower workflow tool
  • Familiarity with Technical Directive Requirements with a basic understanding of the NAVAIR Management and Procedures Manual for Technical Directives (NAVAIR 00-25-300)
  • Demonstrated experience in tracking of contract deliverables with an understanding of DD form 1423, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)
Educational Requirements:
  • BA/BS Degree in a business, management or relevant technical discipline. Allowable Substitution: an AA/AS degree and an additional 4 years’ experience or no degree and an additional 8 years’ experience.
Travel Requirements:
  • Occasional travel will be required
Security Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Minimum Secret clearance required OR must be eligible to apply and be granted interim DoD clearance prior to employment.
